We had an older Time Out, the door was on the side instead of the end as they are now. I agree with Carroll about having to take all the stuff out - the storage area is also your living space once it is set up. That was drawback, but the biggest one was that you unfolded the trailer, set up the poles, then threw the tent over them. It basically was an umbrella tent on a wheeled platform. (Told you is was on older one, newer ones have most of the tent connected to the base)
We now have a Bunkhouse we really like and use a lot. King size bed, 6'x6' living area, 26 sq.ft. (I think) of storage, sets up easy and pulls like it's not back there. I really like the zipper under the window right over the cooler rack to reach the cooler without going outside. You can get them with a little access flap to put in an air conditioner, and the newer ones can come with zip up plastic windows to let the light in if the AC is attached or it's raining.
