Have a CSC with electric reverse. It works well most of the time but will blow the 10 amp fuse every so often. The same fuse works the trunk. Seems the 10 amp is to small to run that reverse motor. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks

i think a 10 amp might be to small also for a motor. can you look on the wires and see what gauge you are working with. maybe try a 15 amp to see if it solves the problem if the wiring supports it.
Stallion #406 // 2013 Tri-Glide
Can you get a 10 amp "Slow Blow" fuse? It sometimes helps when the motor has a high initial load.
BMW R1200c Grinnall conversion. With Klictronic shifter, combined brakes and electric reverse.
Put a 15 amp in. Will see what happens. Dealer had to install newer style reverse switch last week so that may be a problem. Should have put the reverse in the Baker 6 speed. I think the electric one is going to be trouble. Thanks for the reply's.
I would suspect the initial wiring of the trunk switch, when the trike kit was installed. I would also be reluctant to over fuse a circuit on a Honda. There's always the chance of frying wiring...
It's not a Honda but a Harley Road Glide. Had it built at the factory and when I picked it up I was instructed not to use the electric reverse without the bike running as the electric reverse motor would kill the battery. That's a lot of draw. I think a 10 amp fuse is to small for that motor. Have been using a 15 amp for a week with out it blowing.
My mistake and I apologize. I know of folks with Hondas who have reported similar circumstances. Since your is a factory built trike (Tri-Glide) the H-D dealership Service Manager is the person to talk with. He/she can give better advice with regard to electrical circuitry and may have seen a service bulletin addressing this very issue. Good luck!
OOps. I made another mistake. You said that yours is a CSC conversion! In that case, I would talk with that company. If a CSC representative advises replacing the 10 A fuse with a 15 A or stronger, get it in writing.
