Default No voltage on Fuse #7 ?

While checking fuse's on my 95 1500 I noticed no voltage on fuse 7. Is this suppose to have standing voltage on it or only at some certain time?
All the other fuse's have voltage on them. What does this power?
Thanks....RiderRick

I'm not familiar with the electricals on your bike but, generally, fuse panels are powered from a buss that provides voltage to one side of the fuses at all times. I suspect your fuse #7 is a spare. There should be a fuse panel layout in your owners manual.

There is also the possibility that the fuse is only powered up when the ignition comes on. Part of the bus only powers up then.
