Welcome to the Three World! Check out the tips from the Experienced Riders thread in the General Forum. Lots of good info there, and plenty of great folks on this board.

Welcome Doc. Number 1 rule, don't put your feet down when you come to a stop

I may be the only one that had that problem at first?

Hey Doc and welcome.

I'm an AC-DC guy... ride both and find the transition from one to the other a breeze. No worries Mate.

(note to Nana...before you go there... forget I said the AC-DC part OK??)

Welcome aboard, docweb! You'll love it here. Be sure to post some pictures of your new ride as soon as you can.

To Reksul--loving the new avatar!

To Bryan--NO, you're not the only one who suffered the embarrassment of putting your feet down at a stop when beginning to ride a trike. How do I know?

Nope, you aren't the only one - and I have no excuse! Only 2 wheeler I've been on since high school was the few hours at the MSF course, and THAT was 7 months before I got my trike. And yet, I STILL tried to put my feet down at stops most of the first season of riding! All better now (I think )!!

OH! Forgot to say - WELCOME!!!

Tell your little group about us. I have been riding a trike 8 years now and still have not found another bunch to ride with.

well got my thousand miles in four days, no world record, but i feel i've got a good beginning on understanding some differences from the trike vs. bike. my wife went riding today on it for the first time and she loved it.
