2008 Goldwing Trike for Sale
I am going to sell my 2008 Goldwing Calif. Sidecar Cobra conversion so that I can go ahead and buy myself a Stallion. I had waited to get the plastic body version and now they are here. I bought this Goldwing last July and had it converted over with the Cobra edition with 2 miles on the bike. My bike by it's self listed for over $22,000, if memory serves me. My trike is LOADED, it has Nav/GPS, Prem. sound package, heated seats/grips, Candy Red Metallic color. The trike package is just as loaded, steering package, disc brakes, trunk carpet, etc, etc, etc! My trike has 2,300 miles on it and has always been kept in a climate controlled shop. NEVER ridden in the rain. There are too many details to put in here but if anyone is serious about getting a real sharp head turner and show winner, call me! Won't last long. Call me for more info and we'll talk about the price. I do have LOTS of chrome as well. cell 24 hrs, call

Re: 2008 Goldwing Trike for Sale
Jim, I would not expect many changes for 2010. They just started the injection mold body so they are going to be in the recovery start up cost mode for awhile. Just my thought on that. Ted

Re: 2008 Goldwing Trike for Sale
I agree any changes they make in the 2010 Stallion will be minimal. The body is not going to change, and if you look closely at the other parts they have so much invested in each one, to make it work, they are only going to change parts to address an issue, rather than a model year design change. I would jump on one of the new 09 versions, you will have more room to negotiate price, in this economy.

Jim, there is a member here called BIG DOG. That is the name of his trucking company. He is a very nice person and is large also. He has modified his seat for himself. Look in up in the meber list and have a discussion with him. He will I'm sure give you insite into changes needed for a larger than average person. Ted

Re: For SALE again, 2008 GW Sidecar Trike
Is the vehicle that you are offering for sale a sidecar (hack) rig or a trike? What brand/model hack or trike kit is it?
Thanks.

The TRIKE is a 2008 Honda Goldwing with the California Sidecar Cobra Trike conversion. You can get more info off their Calif. Sidecar Web site too. It is a factory trike conversion that was completed at an authorized installer's shop. Everything is top of the line! No off the wall "junk" in this trike. Total cost would be way more than my price to buy and complete. I bought the Goldwing new & then had it converted. The trike system was designed by a Formula 1 Race car engineer. I am only selling it to go ahead and try a Stallion. Really hard decision to make tho! Thanks, You may call me for all the info about it. 870-563-6918. 870-740-5500 cell number. Jim Creecy

I'm familiar with the CSC trike kit. I was confused by the title of the thread. 'Sidecar trike' made me think of the Hannigan Tr-Car.
Does your CSC have running boards, upgraded brakes, straight driveshaft and the auxiliary fuel tank?

Does your CSC have running boards, upgraded brakes, straight driveshaft orientation and the auxiliary fuel tank? Does it have a rake kit installed and if so, what is the rake in degrees?

Hi again Ben, it has the "running boards", upgraded brakes, driveshaft, upgraded steering (can't remember the rake degree now but it works), gps, no extra fuel tank, heated seats/grips, prem. sound, upgraded wheels, etc, etc, etc. When I say loaded, I mean LOADED, extra chrome, taller windscreen with vent, running lights, etc...can't stop without people coming over to look at it! As I said, if you want to know all the details, call & I load you up with details, LOL. It is nothing like the sidecar unit that you are talking about. And, I like the Calif. unit I have better when it comes to the system under the skin! Hope this helps a little. JIM

I didn't intend to mislead you. I am perfectly happy with my trike and not in the market. Your thread headline calling your vehicle a 'sidecar trike' caught my attention. I asked about the features and accessories because they are important to some who are in the market. You might want to list them all (except for the chrome stuff) in one place to help serious buyers see just what you have. Good luck moving it and with the Stallion.
