Cheap enough. Not highway capable. Do not know how it will do on hills. Nice for a in town trike. Many of us do not travel or do highway. Back road cruiser???<br />

Have a friend here in Ga. that has one of those, well it is okay, but made for some that is a short person and the brakes are alot to be deisred and don't go very fast[maybe 45 if down hill] Other than that it seems to be okay.

I wonder if it could be modified. You mention the brakes are bad.. That would scare me to up the motor to a 350 or even a 500. Then you would have to change to higher gearing too. Don't want to go faster if the brakes are bad. Once you start down that road you could end up spending more than it would be worth.

</div> John, my friend upgraded his to cycle brakes and worked for him, will try to find out for you what he used.

Chinese trikes are based on scooter engines and their main issue is build quality. The basic components are OK but they are put together sloppy. Some of the parts are made poorly and need to be tossed and replaced from the get-go. Ice have a 150cc ICEBEAR trike (rear wheel trike) and it can go about 55 mph TOPS on a flat or downhill. Electrical parts stop working all the time and need to be reconnected or fixed. Hoses are poor quality and need to be replaced. Plastic is miserable quality; that means the body work and seat pan especially. Prices are cheap but I would not rely on a Chinese vehicle for a daily driver but they are fun especially if you are a handy mechanic and willing to work on it to keep it running as it should.

Looks like a cheap chinese scooter. I bet getting parts is difficult.
