Hello Everyone


I am Ron and from upstate NY. I am here trying to do some research, gather some info and knowledge to hopefully get an idea of what trike to purchase in the next couple years.

I have had many bikes in the past, from dirt, motocross, 3 and 4 wheel atv's and road bikes as well. Today I am without any of these and would love to get back on the road in the next couple years.

The United States of America is a Beautiful Country and we ( The Wife and I ) would like to do some exploring from the saddle of a trike

Just start reading previous posts on this forum. You'll obtain a great deal of information just from those posts on all of the different trikes and the added responses from our great membership!

Well we are just down the road apiece. There is a rally here at the end of August . Your welcome to come down on a Friday or Sat and gawk at the 20 or so trikeswe have .and talk to trike owners and get questions answered.

Ron, you can get some information here on the forum, and from the various brand websites and just browse, a wealth of information. You'll see I ride a Road Smith, not promoting the brand, it just after doing lots homework, that's was my choice. You can read up on it by going to the official site, trikeshop.com, click on the 'trikes', then click on HT1800.

Like I tell everyone that ask me, If you have a dealer around so you can get on a trike and take a test drive, that's the only way to make your final decision on what trike to buy. Each trike has their own point's of intrest that makes it a little better than the other. It is what you want the most from your trike. Enjoy the hunt and hope to see you one one soon.

Ron and welcome to the website from the U P of Michigan. You will find a lot of various opinions on which one is better, it mostly depends on what you want in a trike. Really the only way to get a good opinions of your own is to try different ones. And not just in circles around a parking lot. So look at the bling but get past that and check it out good.
