Secondary triple tree ?

Who has a design for a secondary triple tree ,like what style brngs and such on a home built trike ,has a Mercedes 5 cyl diesel w auto ,so its long ,any help would be appreciated,Tim

I believe the Renegade has such a thing. There is a triple tree at the fork two rods extend back to a second one. If not turning the wheel would require you to move the bars 5' in either direction

I had a "Homemade" set-up similar to this on my second VW Trike I built in the 70s....since I had/have "Freebie Junk Yard Access", I had lots of tie rod type linkages to look through.....it worked out great.....

Yep....I really like that set-up. The Renegade Trikes look really good to me anyway. I can see loading up the Family and hitting the Road on one.....

I'm wondering why you couldn't use a top tree from another front end of the same or a similar make and model. Might have to modify the two, to accomodate the tie rods, but it'd be cheaper than fabricating one from scratch. Just thinkin' out loud...

I took another triple tree and turned it upside down on the forks,with center shaft down to hook the tie rods too
