V8 Trike Radiators & Fans

To all those who have a V8 trike and have the radiator and fan attached to the front down tubes---

Do you ever have stones, rocks and debris hit the fan & radiator?

Does the fan and radiator sustain any damage?

Has the damage ever stopped you from riding until you got the damage repaired?

a mud flap on the front fender will help a lot -- keep it close to the road

1 large fan or smaller twin fans?

2--Fans are rated by the CFM of air they move right?

3--How do you buy a fan or fans? (Which one to buy?)

4--How do you buy a radiator? (Single pass, Double pass etc...?)

Thanks for the heads up to this site. I am currently building a trike and this site should come in handy. Not wnting to hijack your thread but has anyone rear mounted a radiator and run their coolant through the chassis rails? I thought about doing this but I still have to check if I am able to do it under local certification rules.
