Dang, looks good Sully! We and some of our riding group ate at our favorite local BBQ joint tonight. Ribs were good! No pics though...

Pork Shoulder Steaks
These were about 1# apiece, ready for the smoker.
After 2 hours.
I put them in a pan with sliced red onions and drizzled Jack Daniels over them with a little more rub, back in the smoker for 2 more hours, ready to eat!
