Thanks

Your Gold Wing already has a com system. All you need are the cables, mic, and speakers for your helmet.
If this doesn't answer your question, try contacting Sierra Electronics.
Wing with Roadsmith kit, Traxxion Ak20 cartridges and Accuride System.
07 ST 1300 for two-wheeled fun!
The ? is confusing!
If you are talking about headset cords-they are different for to 2 bikes
If your headsets are J&M's and have a lower cord, you need new lower cords compatible w/the Wing.
The Wing and the Harley intercom systems are both "built into" the bikes.
Hope this helps.

The cable connection is different. You may be able to hear music but that would be it. I am unaware of any adapters (cable connection) that may work with a hd style head set. J&M and a few others you can just change the cable connection for them to work. The hd cables are made to the head set.

Are you getting a lot of wind noise maybe? Could be a lot of things. If the cb is on with the volume turned down that could do it. GOOD LUCK RIDE SAFE
Do you have an owners mannual?
It explains the various settings and how to do them for your audio system.

When the Missus and I ride we put the mic's right in front of our mouth with a slight up angle to them We also set out volume control to 9 and the mute to 8. This seems to work for us unless you get heavy crosswinds and then you have to tweak from there. Also depending on your height in comparison to your vent opening on your windshield you have to watch for wind blowing straight back on your face and mic also.
Hi
It sounds like wind noise is your problem Very hard to hear it but have your co rider put her hand over mic and see if this cures the problem. If so there is a product called mic mutes which turns the mic of when not in use and back on as soon as you hit the push to talk switch.
Beat me to it! I was going to mention the Mic-Mutes as a big help!
