what kinks are you referring to???? The only real issue the 14-15 years had was a coolant problem initially that was caused by a parts supply problem and was quickly fixed. The first few months all the touring models with a hydraulic clutch had the master cylinder replaced. Other than that any issues that we have are mostly personal tastes. There are a lot of riders out there that love it just as it is delivered as.

I have a 15 TG with tuner and cams, when in heavy traffic I have heat but not like I did with my 13 TG.
i do enjoy the ride and won't chamge anything but the heat problem is still there as far as my riding has shown.

No issues other than compensator and replaced rotors and pads on rear

I have little to no heat, but I've tuned the snot out of it .. probably too much. In prolonged traffic, I get some, but no more than I did on my Gold Wing 2 wheelers.

The coolant issue was the filler neck, although not supposedly affecting my trike, I had the issue, but it was fixed at the 1k service. There was also a real on the rear brake master cylinder that was also done at 1k.

If I was to recommend bare minimum mods, I would say DK's comfort lift and DK's floorboard reloators for the rider. I think these two items should be added to the stock Harley config. Should be noted here, I have no affiliation to DK Custom Products, except I really like their quality and customer service.

I have the 2015 and it is bone stock and have no issues with it. I am in the process of looking for a new seat due to a medical condition in my right leg which limits how far I can ride without pain meds.

I have the road zeppelin, and love the adjustability of it. Check with Harley, they have demo seats to try. Unfortunately, you won't get the full effect of the air zeppelin, unless you've already installed the power accessory plug.
