Nice piece. Have been thinking about a SR45. Love my Rugers.
I would not turn a SR45 down. However my go to choice when it comes to 45's is a 1911. It's what I carried for years as a member of the US Army Military police.

Yep, love the 1911. I have a Springfield and a Colt. I just prefer the strike fire guns for CC, but I have been known to carry a 1911.

I have Sig 1911s but picked up an SR9C. Carry it most of the time. If something happens to it not big loss like the expensive Sigs. It really has a nice trigger too. You really don't know how nice it is till you shoot it. Hickcock 45 likes it too. Great carry choice.
