We have six - in total violation of a city ordinance I helped write and enact. All rescues. Was eight, but one died sometime back, and one moved next door and took up with the neighbors.
Here's our cat. She's a Ragdoll. Weighs in at around 12 lbs for now. According to everything I've ever heard she'll grow to anywhere from 15 to 18 lbs. Supposedly, they don't stop growing until they are around 5 years old. She's not quite 3 yet.
Oh yeah...her name is Lexie. Short for Lexifer.

It's funny I was posting on this thread, because right after I posted the last pics, my wife sent this one. The cat layed in the tree branches while my wife was putting up the tree!

He dose't have any issues with the Yorkie ....
He's not too wild about the Rotty/Lab mix ... Think the 114#'s is intimidating ... LOL .. She loves to chew on logs from the wood box ... makes a wholly mess, but thats what shop vacs are for LOL
The Rotty mix is the one that got the Yorkies eye ... but that's what the Yorkie gets for attacking the Rotty while she was sleeping
Ok I just have to say it...................
I have never seem so many guys Post about their cats.
Nothing wrong with that but just saying............
Here are my cats
Thank you
Bob
/\...They don't eat much, & no litterbox cleaning required!
Top cat probably doesn't care too much for the chain & lock though
Posting our cat pics just means that we are completely secure in our manhood.
I didn't used to be this way, but I will have to admit, I have grown to love my three legged stray and don't care what anyone thinks...and I would shoot anyone that messed with my cat. I guess you get crazy like that when you get our age.
...oh and very cool sculptures. You got talent!

OK first is a couple of pictures of the best cat we ever owned, Sonny, who left us in 2013... As you can see, he had a drinking problem! We replaced him with not one but two precious kitties that afternoon, Billie, our tuxedo cat, and Courtney, AKA Munchkin, our little love bug!
Here are my two little ninjas:
I've had them since they were born. Their mother showed up here 8 weeks pregnant and stray, so I took her in and kept 2 of the kittens. A lady friend of mine took the mother and the other surviving kitten (the other died a week old).
They were born together, and have lived together ever since, and can hardly stand one another...always squabbling.
The one on the left is "Newton" because as a young kitten she did everything first, and the one on the right is "Alex" as an homage to my youngest sister and a gray kitten she named Alex that disappeared after only a few months when we were kids.
I do live out in the sticks...which can have some drawbacks, but I like not being able to see any neighbors.
