In 48 yrs of owning bikes I have never had a dealer service any of mine. I buy the manuals for each bike and do it myself. I figure my 16 FW was free for all I saved and I know it was done right. Just sayin.
Agree with you 100%...ThumbUp I never let the dealer do my service work or anything else if I can help it.

Got it done today. The FW get more fun to ride. Checked my mileage to a from the dealer 36.33. I like that.

The dealer nor the MOCO can void your warranty PERIODYes and no. I have the dealer do the first service to avoid any warrantee hassles. After all they did the PDI. OTOH, until my health failed, I bought manuals and did all my own work beyond that. Hey, an evening in the garage can be fun too. One more pleasure to get out of owning a bike.
