Nice!!! any engine modification?... I had thought of triking my 2000, that was before some yahoo tow truck driver dropped it off the bed of his truck So how's it ride now... Better?
Nice. Minimalist. I like it.
One question -- why keep the bike fender in the center? I see that on a lot of conversions. I don't know why it's done.
Looks good love the color..1200 will get up and walk strong motor's built a few in the 80's.

Very nice looking trike and a great color. The 1200 Sportsters are great bikes.

Well in this case, with a Frankenstein conversion the original bike fender contains the rear lights (tail, brake and turn signals). Not to mention several modifications would have to be made for housing the seat.
Hope you have a great time riding it.
Great looking trike! We have two 1200 Sportsters with Champion conversions... it was a hard decision between Champion and Frankenstein, they are both great kits.
Did you do a rake kit on the front? In my case, I rode it briefly with just the standard front end and it did not handle well. Once I installed a 5 degree rake kit on the front it now handles like it's on rails.
