Has anyone had success in mounting a Go Pro to the fairing?

On another forum couple people said they did not like it on the faring because of the vibration and moved it to handlebar with ram mounts. Did not see any pictures posted of the faring mounts.
Here is a mount for the fairing looks like it is not out yet?

I mounted mine on a mount double sticky taped tp the dash ... allowed it to be protected from bugs, easy to reach to start and stop.
I had a mount similar to this one but found that the playback was continually wavering.... http://www.ebay.com/itm/USA-Go-Pro-H...-/281056672244
Going to try a fork mounted set up this summer and use the app on my smart phone as a remote control...
Will be watching this post with interest for new ideas...
Good luck with your search.
Cheers
Doug

Thanks to all for the responses. I wanted to start early, before the riding season hits, to get some good ideas.

I have been filming with my gopro for a few years now and have tried many different mounts and places for the mounts. However the one I keep coming back to is the one at www.hogtagcollar.com. This one mounts on the front fork tube just below the bell. This is about the only place that does not vibrate. I run the power cord from my gopro up and plug it into a dual USB powered plug in the cigarette lights. I also plug the power for the blutooth controller so I can hang the rec on/off right by my right mirror and this makes turning the gopro on and off as needed very easy.
