It will send an alarm to your phone if air pressures get too low or too high and you can set the pressure warning ranges as well. Also, the sensors are registered to your account and are totally useless to anybody who steals them.
I had one fail recently and it was promptly replaced by FOBO and I couldn't be happier. Additional sensors can be purchased through various outlets and you can put them on your trailer as well. They run about 50 bucks for each sensor and are well worth it, especially on the front wheel.
I would also recommend the FOBO valve stems for ease of adding or removing air if needed without having to remove the sensors every time. I don't have them installed yet, but I will at my next tire change.
