Went for a short (30 miles) lunch run. First ride since Cinco de Mayo when I got my hip exchanged. A little iffy getting on and off, but no problems riding. Sure feels
good riding again.

I'm like an old race horse..... I can still run the race -- Just ache more at the finish line and need more rest between outings.
Hey Steve maybe if you BORROW the Wife's TRI you would be more comfortable/easier
to get on/off.........just kidding, best of luck on a QUICK/SUCCESSFUL recovery, then
RIDE LIKE HELL,
Pete
Glad your able to get back on and ride...Its amazing what the surgeons can do nowadays. They have those hip replacements down to a science. So much so that they can do them while you wait.. And then how quick the recovery process is.....

Keep doing those leg lifts !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You're going to look back and wish you did it sooner.
Good to Hear!
I know you gotta be happy being back in the wind!

I love good news. So happy you are doing well and able to ride your Freewheeler.

congratulations. I will be talking with the surgeon soon myself. Left leg is so bad and hip that I can barely drag myself around anymore. Happy to hear your healing up and back in the saddle.
Great news Steve. Enjoy the riding
