I triked my wife's 883 with a Frankenstien Kit, Used 15 inch back tires, seems as though the trike has to be revved up pretty high to take off, any one have any similar experience, if so what was the cure?

Is a 883 engine power enuff to pull all that added weight??

You might have to do a sprocket change. My 2009 Tri Glide came from the Factory with a 32 tooth sprocket. In 2011 HD Changed it to a 30 tooth. Just prior to MoCo doing that I had a shop swap mine out. Made it a whole different trike. Took off easier, had more low end power and it made 6th gear useful. Also saw an increase in MPG's as I was no longer have to go wide open on the throttle to get it moving.

Ronnie, The 883 has more than enough power for this trike kit. She cruises with me at 65 to 70 mph with more throttle to go.
I dunno Y people snivel about The Sporster
It is 1 fine machine, has won MORE reaces than most othermodels, and has been a MAINSTAY since 57
