New trike owner from Texas
Howdy everyone! I pick up my Trike next month (Goldwing / CSC Viper) and have already been looking through the forum for ideas. There is a lot of good information being shared here.
I'm retired and live in the DFW area although we'll probably move further South sometime next year. Looking forward to cruising and sharing.

Welcome to the forum from Midlothian, which is south of DFW about thirty miles. Sounds like we're in the same situation since we will be picking up our trike in a couple of weeks.
Ours is a 2008 Goldwing with Roadsmith conversion.

Ya'll come on down to Kerrville first week in October for Triketalk's Hill Country Gathering. No registration fees, no prizes...just ride, eat and greet. Lots of tire-kick'n. You don't have to be on a trike to come...you'll both be on one soon enough. The host hotel is the Super8 at Kerrville...ask for the TrikeTalk special rate. If that doesn't work out for you Kerrville has lots of other hotels. You might check availability now as Kerrville often will have several events going on the weekends. Hope to see you there!

Thanks Paws! We are considering that now. We go to Medina every year in late October to ride so we're considering attending the trike rally instead of the late October trip.
