    Default TriGlide Rear Rims

    So....after powder coating the original rims to all black...then deciding it was too much black for me.....then replacing the rears with the Free wheeler rims thus adding the "Chrome" and Black look with less spokes. Liked the look, but the same issue of brushed aluminum and the constant Loosing battle was again a problem. It's gonna be hard to see, but found a powder Coat guy that did them first in Powder Coat Chrome {Almost an aluminum look}.

    Then laid down a second coat in Gloss black and before baking, removed the black where the Chrome was supposed to be:

    Clear coated the rims....And this is how it turned out. Looks almost exactly like the originals.....but you can hose them off! Yeah Baby!

    Looks nice and new, Check out my 15 Freewheelers rear wheels, also on my 17

    The discs are stainless polished mirror discs so your wheels dont get that nasty road grime and brake dust

    They aint cheap but sure look nice

    lol....I actually gave that some thought myself. But after more than one mistake, I was shy of another change! My intent from the beginning was to not have to polish the damn back rims every week to keep up with the inevitable decay of the aluminum. Next....the front rim....except I don't know how to remove the bearings and then put the new one in.....time to watch the video's!!

    Good choice, the sealed bearings are not hard to change if u have the tools OR u can make 1 if u need to

    I have a drawing some where if u need it you can make your own puller at home hit me here and I will see if I can find it 4 u

    Look at this, it works some times, A pilot bearing puller works better IMO You can get 1 cheap @ Harbour Freight Good Luck
