Jake Wilson Tire
Beats all advertised prices:D
Avon's Trike tire for the front of your ride is an MT90B16 which is the same as the 130/90/16 on your TriGlide...

Jack, I'm not familiar with that tire, but this is the one specifically designed as a TRIKE front tire for his Tri-glide.

Have one on my 16. Seems to handle better & I think tire life will be better than Dunflop. I started out with HD tire pressure for the front. Then found out Avon calls for 41 lbs pressure. Works very well. Also when installed, I had the Dyna beads put in. 3rd bike I have used these in. I like em. I also had them added to the rears. Much smoother ride now. oh yea, Dunflop was toast at 14,000 miles.

Thanks for that, Jake has GREAT deals and same day shipping
He once stated he would beat any advertised price ( same as what Dennis Kirk advertises)
So I play em against each other for a better deal:clapping:
For what it's worth. I have that tire on mine. I put one on about a month ago and it felt a little "twitchy" right away. Kinda like I was just twitching the handle bars slightly but I was not. 1100 miles later, still the same feeling at speed. Dealer rode it and said it "wandered" a little. So they contacted supplier and got me a replacement tire (same kind) at no cost to me. Put it on last Thurs and have about 130 miles on this one. Still a very slight "twitch" intermitten at speed, but much better than the first one. Dealer went over all bearings and even checked out rear end when looking at the first tire issue, all good there. They are sending the first tire back to Avon, doubt I will here what was wrong with it.
I have seen a few other posts in the past about this issue on the Triglides. I hope this completely goes away as the tire wears in a bit, I really want this tire to work for me.
So, where ever you buy it, make sure they will back you IF you have this issue. Good luck.

Jeff, what method of balancing are you using? My Indie tech installed mine with Dyno-beads. It does way better than the Dunlop that was on it before. I haven't noticed any twitching, running 40 lb. air.

Not sure on what balancing they did, there are weights on the wheel. I have had good luck with the beads in 2 wheelers in the past. I will give it a little more time and see what happens. I may try that liquid stuff (don't recall the name but there was a recent thread on here about it) if the issue continues.
The product is Ride On, and it works, I've used it for 2 years now. Product is much improved in the last few years and is environmentally friendly, water soluble. Go to the web site and read all about it, http://www.ride-on.com/
Those with the Avon Trike front tire..what do you think of them now?
After several thousand miles, I'm still not sold. I cannot tell much, if any, difference in the Cobra and the BT45 (rear) before the Cobra. I'm doubtful it's worth the extra dollars, but that's just me, there are those that swear by the Cobra. Maybe someone should start a poll.
Can’t report yet, put it on in December, hasn’t stopped snowing since

Love it. 6000 miles on it . Smoother ride & better cornering. Felt good in the rain too. Wear seems better than the Dunflop.
Not enough miles on mine from my last post in Sept, and still winter here. So, nothing to add to that yet (soon I hope). I do plan to put Ride On in all 3 tires when I get it out for the season.
Best performance and long lasting I have ever had on a trike front tire was a Bridgestone BattleAxe BT-45 bias ply rear tire for sport touring....
I've put about 300 miles on my new Avon tire. I love it and wished I had put it on sooner. Bike handles more like a bike and not a Mac truck. I'm hoping to get many miles out of this one.
Go with the Avon Trike tire...it's the best bang for the buck
