I would like to thank everyone for the warm welcome! I'm more enthused than I was before! Where would I find some good sources for a motor cage and some running boards? I am going right through this trike and this is as good a place to start as any.[ATTACH=CONFIG]65638[/ATTACH] I dont really care how it's set up right now. The clutch and break pedals are too far back for me and it feels clumsy. Thanks
welcome to trike talk Bill...nice looking trike, like the color too!...making it fit, will make it yours.
An engine cage should be easy to find. Any dune buggy or baja bug type stuff should work.
Running boards will be more difficult. Most all that is custom made now. Way back in the day there was places manufacturing completed vw trikes. With those you could have bought those parts and even today you might find some well used accessories.
You are probably going to be making those yourself and/or adapting or modifying something used.
