Tombstone - Test Run for Eureka Springs
Last weekend I took a ride to Tombstone, AZ. 740 Miles round trip. I got to test out my new pack and system for traveling on the trike. My Pack is a modular type that is advertised as waterproof [LEFT][COLOR=#222222][FONT=Verdana]but just to be safe I purchased a rain cover. It fits nicely on the back seat and will carry three changes of clothing, laptop and all the little extras.
There were bikes and trikes everywhere and the thing I liked about my time sightseeing was that nobody messed with anything on the bike. I couldn't lock my pack or helmet to the trike but it was left alone. Kind of nice.
This is my setup for the road. The Freedom Shield turned out to be a great investment.

I stayed at the Tombstone Boarding House Inn. It is an original boarding house built in the 1890s.

Overall it was a good trip and test run. Learned some things I need to tweak but I think I am pretty much set thanks to tips and ticks I have learned from this forum.
Happy riding,
Kurt
