[B]... if [/B]I'm towing to Omaha, [B]I'm puling the shaft out first.[/B] Easy to do with that trike. Once out, run heavy twine or thick zip tie through front U-joint to rear yoke, collapse the spring on the shaft, secure it and tape around the rear U-joint cups to keep them in place until I get to Omaha. I'm also wrapping the leading edges like fenders ... with at least multi layers of static cling wrap, [B]several x multi layers[/B]. I'm also in either case, wiring in tail/stop lamps or using extended harness from tow vehicle to trike trailer connector to feed the trail/stop lights, etc.
