Take it off & get it chromed.
I've got a place to send it which is less that 70 miles from me, near the York HD plant. I was asking, if anyone knew, of a parts catalogue like j&p, Dennis kirk, custom chrome etc that already had the part. If I decide to trade up on trike models i like to keep some of my investment.

I've never seen 1 anywhere. You won't like my answer in the other forum either.:)
Posted it on both . Freewheeler has been at 814 posts for over a week, while tri glide is over 2500 posts. Wasn't sure where I would get a quicker response. Just found this site 9/23/ this year so I do not know all the intricacies of the posts. Worked on old stuff, New hd bikes, trikes are a learning curve. Have gotten good info, far better than both manuals.

It is not a big disassembly project. I am getting the assembly chromed after the master cylinder bracket is fabricated and integrated for my foot clutch.

I like chrome, hate cleaning it
As dirty as my assembly gets I would not chrome it JMO
Yeah.... I get that... but this area could do with some shiny treatment so I figured (maybe like Tucci) that while I was messing with a clutch pedal, I might as well make it a shiny one

JMO, so don't hate me. I wouldn't want to draw attention to that hideous contraption. I wish mine was coated with invisibility.

Yeah... I know. It is like that goofy rear brake reservoir on the right hand front frame leg..... WTH! It is held on with hose clamps and tie wraps.... Think "Pa Kettle" was the chief engineer on that one.
I am going to use the base brake assembly as the platform for a clutch cylinder as I want a jockey shifter just because I want a jockey shifter like my old 47G Model Servicar.... So I figured since I blinged it all up with the chrome covers... might as well keep going....
