I have a DFT I have a pilot Activ rear bias ply tire on front aT 40# air. Rear tires are Goodyear mileage plus. With 21 lb in each. Start at 26 lbs in the rear and decrease until you like the ride. Don't be afraid to go as low as 20 lbs.

24 lbs works in my fatboy, love to hear more news from or about DFT. always good results when I needed anything.
Same here. 2006 H-D Ultra with a DFT Smoothie Kit. I have basic skills and with the help of DFT I put it together over 5 years ago and it has not been a problem at all. I have even won a couple of 1st place awards.
Just stop to check on recent post, not any thing new here. Stopped in at here space at the Sturgis rally, has new trike on his dyna, very cool. Hope to hear more from other DFT riders. ( im from Michigan)
I converted my 1997 Harley Electra Glide with a DFT kit. Ride is excellent.
i had a 2001 fatboy w DFT smoothy. I rode it as 2 wheeler for 5 yrs. added DFT in 05. best thing i did to it . I now have a 2017 tri-glide. I miss the DFT it was smaller and very east to handle, so why sell it, need more seat lol we got bigger but the best kit and the trunk on the smoothy is unbelivable
If I get another trike, likely to be DFT.
WE put our DFT on my 2000 Valkyrie and love it. We got it for the storage area. The ride is so smooth and like someone said it puts my wife to sleep......some are shocked to hear she falls a sleep and ask what if she falls off? I just tell them.....I'll stop and pick her up........We put the DFT on in 2001 and never any problems............D & D Discount Motorcycles did a great job.........:cxtv:

We have an 2004 GL1800 that we had triked in March this year (2020). I am so happy with it I should have done it alot sooner. We put so many miles on it just this spring and summer. The best way to social distance. Oh, we also rode with friends who also have a DFT. We are looking forward to many more miles (AKA bugs on teeth) that we will ride until we cant get on amymore.
I purchased a custom build DFT trike -Atlas Pro-Magnum (Softail) Springer front a couple of years ago. Rode it for a while and now I’m looking to repurpose the DFT Kit onto a newer Heritage. Turning the Atlas into a show bike. My wife wants bells and whistles, thinking about ‘16 or newer with cruise and radio.
Tony...........Welcome To Trik-Talk..............:wave4:...
