Welcome- Glad to have Roadsmith and the trike shop as sponcers
Welcome aboard guys - you build excellent conversion that we enjoy every day. Thanks for quality product an amazing, one of a kind customer service ThumbUp
I just purchased a Roadsmith trike conversion in September at the Ruidoso NM rally just days after it was converted. It is a red 2004 Goldwing that had very low miles. Two weeks after purchasing it we took a trip of just under 3,000 miles and my wifes back did not bother her for the first time since we stared riding together in 2003. Right before we saw this trike she had explained to me that the passenger on a motorcycle or trike sits over the rear wheel and feels the bumps more than the driver. One look at the Roadsmith and we took a test drive and bought it on the spot. We did not go to the rally expecting to buy anything but we are loving the Roadsmith.
Hey BigRed - Your story is awesome! You went in not thinking about buying anything,...but you purchase a trike and love it! Doesn't get any better than that....

And to BigRed, EZ, Mpolissky, 05trike, ea8lslush, Ndvtxrdr, MAT and all the others, thanks for the welcome.
And special congratulations goes out to mpolissky for winning the December Roadsmith trike of the month! Mike's a great guy, and he owns an awesome trike.

Your installing dealer received a warranty registration card with the trike conversion kit. He will fill it out and date it and it should reflect the day that you take delivery from the dealer. Call him and confirm that with him.

I can answer that for Ronnie (Burnerboy) as we ride together all the time. He had his conversion done at American Trike and Motorsports in Keene, NH....a dealer who has been discussed on this board before and not with a lot of praise. I believe the bike was picked up sometime in October and Ronnie doesn't have it back yet. That sounds very familiar to the experience another triker from MA had with this dealer.

This makes absolutely no sense, got to be more to the story. I'd be one the phone with Road Smith corporate.
It's the same dealer that DblTrbl dealt with the whole summer 2015 and his threads are very interesting.

Pretty damn sad, spend a bucket load of money for a trike, looking for a good ride, fun, pursuing life at it's best, and have some unscrupulous dealer screw up the whole picture. I would think Road Smith would refuse to sell him the conversion kit believing that the dealer just made a mess of the whole deal. I recall reading the brutal thread.

Little confused  The build is done and still at the shop covered up, and just a warrantee question is asked.? Why beat up the builder:Shrug:
I have no idea the problem details, but not good press for Road Smith or the dealer, I'd think someone would come forward with 'the word'.
