Since trike tires are non directional I decided today when I had my wheels off to rotate my tires. I was just wondering if any trikers out there ever do that. If so, how often.
Thanks in advance for your comments.

I have never rotated my tires. To be truthful with you I never gave it a thought.
I have directional Michelin tires.
And I have directional wheels. Really, My Roadhawk rims are directional. Don't know what difference it would make but they area marked left and right.
I haven't. I really don't see a need to. But to each his own.

Hey FRR, How did you get one of those P205/65R15 tires on the front and which side did you mount the skinny tire ?? :gah::Shrug: :D:wave4:

It was a difficult task, took a bit of welding and modification, but I'm sure it will be worth it, right? LOL
I hope you dismounted the tires and balanced them, then put them back on. Just taking them off and reversing sides does nothing...
I never rotate them don't see any need to, I Have over 20 thousand miles on them with no unevenness [11T/G]...

There is no need to dismount them, they are non directional.

Has nothing to go with the direction, It has to do with the way they wear'
ie; If the outside treads of the tires are wearing out, And you just switch them from one side to the other side, The worn side will still be on the out side..

Makes sense to me, I never thought about that. Actually I never thought about switching tires from side to side either.
