My neighbor brought me back a few Florida bitter oranges. Other than using them in my vodka and tonic I have no clue what to do with them. I need one of you Floridians to help me ,gourmet or not .

Sour Oranges AKA Seville Oranges…
You can use them in place of lemons….Or like you said with Vodka/ Tequila …
They grow wild here in Florida
One of their many uses is in making marmalade

The acid in them is very high, could be a substitute for vinegar or pickling stuff.
