I am looking at a 2004 goldwing with a Roadsmith conversion. It appears that someone took the mufflers out and the pipe goes from the cats straight out the back. Is this a problem? I don't care for the sound, are the mufflers expensive? Also, do RS conversions usually have a raked front?
If your looking for stock mufflers I would check Goldwing forums like Goldwingdocs or Goldwingfacts or some of the ones on facebook or try ebay.Its not the first 1 i've seen done like that and those that have seem to like it.Rake is an option so its no guarantee either way.I think the stock trees are black and most of the raked ones are polished if that helps.
Pretty sure rake comes with the RS build.
YES! [B]A 5.5% rake[/B] on our Roadsmiths trikes....
