I had a total hip replacement on the left last Tuesday 8/20. Now it matches the one I have on the right.Surgery went well and I'm already getting rid of the walker.Don't know how long before I can ride again but I will be back. Ken

Ain't modern medicine GREAT Ken???!!! I had my right hip replaced six months ago. New one is SOOOOOOOOOOOO NICE. Took me a day to loose the walker and another week or so to loose the canes. I forgot what it felt like not to hurt when I walked.
I bet it won't be long and you'll be terrorizing the roads again.... :xszpv:
Congrats I had bilateral hip replacement surgery 14 years ago started riding a motorcycle 4 months later for the first time in my life. Love what they can do nowadays
Thanks everybody. Getting stronger everyday. So much better than the first one.@ Nana, what new red trike are you riding now? Ken
Great news Ken, it's amazing what they can do with modern surgery. Take your time, do what the doc says, and you will be feeling better in no time.
Nothing but blessings as you continue to heal!

Awesome, best of luck for a healthy and speedy recovery!!
pepper WOW! No pain when you walk?
Pretty soon you will be making like Forrest Gump?
Speedy recovery to you old son, hope your riding soon!
OK, I'm jealous. You get a hip replaced and are on your feet in a few days. I'm going to have one scraped out and have to stay off my feet, and my scooters, for for weeks.
Speedy recovery. Don't push too fast, too hard.
