Watch out for shredded tires from the semis;)
I could never understand why people ride along side a semi for miles without passing. My old man was a trucker all his life. He didn't have much of a sense of humor. So if somebody hung along side the trailer, it might piss him off. Then somehow he could flip the ass end of that trailer right at them. That usually woke them up.

Stalkers !
I absolutely try NOT to get trapped around a truck...the moment I see its very clear to pass I am like a sling shot... I pass so fast..
They used to not bother me but one time on I-10 from Midland to El Paso a group of us got trapped around a couple of trucks...one of which was slinging burning molten hot tire shrapnel. That was scarey... none of is got hit but close. As I passed the cab of the truck the driver seemed to be totally oblivious of the situation with his tire...he looked stoned out of his mind..

Its called Target Fixation.....:NoJoke:.......
I definitely try to steer clear of getting caught behind or beside trucks anymore. Truckers aren't the same breed of people they used to be, way less professionalism.
