New Trike is home.
I got my Trike Sat. The installer did a good job as far as i can tell. The front wheel wobbles when going real slow,(when i hit a bump or hole) (Maybe it's just me...) but is stright and smooth the faster i go. It takes a little effort to steer ( i have the rake kit) I'll get used to that. It is a 2007 Ultra with a CSC kit. The wife likes the way it rides. Will post more as i learn about it.

Nice looking trike. You are really going to enjoy. How much rake did you add. The effort to steer will become second nature and gives you a feel for the corners. The more you ride the better it will feel. I have put 5600 miles on my trike in a little over a month. The feel for how to corner has become easier and I can corner with most two wheel bikes. You and your wife will enjoy your new trike.

Congrat on getting the trike home. Now start enjoying it. Get ready for some ribbing from ur friends about training wheels. I like the color. We all know red is best!!!!!!
Have a great Holiday weekend and ride safe.

Gordy, congrats. I will have mine home next week.
Yesterday while dropping my Goldwing off at the installer, there was a kit just like your, color and all, sitting on a pallet. Looked to me is was waiting on a mate.
Work on that wobble. I shouldn't do that.

Very Nice.
On the wobble, you might check the pre load on the steering stem bearings. If loose, that can cause a slight wobble at slow speeds and setting the pre load torque to the tight side sometimes helps.

Training wheels
If they rib you about training wheels, just tell them you could afford 3 wheels and one day they will be able to get 3 wheels also...

Gordy, Looks good!!
I have an 07 Ultra/CSC also. I think you will find that the trailing throttle head shake you have at slow speed is the nature of the beast and not something you have to worry about. Usually you will only feel it if you hit a bump and/or you are steering with only one hand. My Honda Goldwing/Hannigan did the same thing. I've got about 23K on mine so far, ride and handling are excellent. I had to adjust the spring up about 1/2 inch to take the sag out of the suspension, you will probably have to do it also after you have some miles on it. It's normal for the spring to sag after some miles and it's a pretty easy adjustment. Get out and ride that thing!!

PS: if you have any questions I'll be glad to help you out.
