Yes Tom. I was thinking it would be mostly cosmetic. If not then I will look for some kind of rolled pad to use when she is on. I will try to post pics when I get it done.

Have Kawasaki Vulcan 2006 bike converted with voyager trike kit.. Ideas for hiding the third wheel..😀
Here is some pics of our 1700 Nomad with a CSC Kruze trike kit and a matching Escapade trailer. We had bought the Nomad a few years ago with the idea it would make a nice trike "sometime in the future". The future came faster than we thought. I was involved in a motorcycle crash with another bike that hit me in the rear when his brakes failed and while recovering from seven broke ribs, a broken collar bone, a pneumothorax and a chipped hip bone decided now was the time to go ahead with the trike. We have about 2,500 miles on it since getting it back and are loving it!
Nice ride ol school. They are great bikes.

Yes they are. We bought the Nomad a few years ago to enjoy some more long distance trips on it than out previous bike and had the idea to trike it at some point. We are really enjoying eating up the miles on it now that it is triked. My wife can ride as a passenger almost twice as far in a day now. She says she is way more comfortable riding it as a trike... doesn't wear her out like riding on two wheels did.
I am new on here and I am looking for information , we bought the trike a couples of months ago, and are harding problems with the belt squeaking, new jack shaft, new belt, and it is still out of line by half an inch, does anyone have the same problems with this make of kit?

I have not heard of anybody having those issues. Was it built by a dealer or at CSC's facility? I would re-post your questions as a new thread in the normal thread section to maybe draw more attention to it as this thread is for posting pics.
Home built trike from a Kawasaki gtr1000.
still work in progress!!

[QUOTE=TomW;220969]Jackal08, great looking trike. I’m in the negotiating stage with my dealer for a new left over 08 C-90 with an 08 Lehman Jackal kit installed (same color as yours). I’m trying to get them to install a factory tour box and a front fairing. I might have to settle for a windshield if the shield on the fairing isn’t tall enough. It does not have the rake kit but does have a steering dampener installed. Most important I’m comfortable on the bike and my wife will be with tour box.
Just a few questions: What kind of gas mileage do you get? I currently ride a Suzuki 1500 Intruder 2 wheeler and can’t get better than 38 mpg. Have you added a rake kit or is it needed with this bike? Primarily I’m asking for your overall opinion for the trike.
Thanks

Hi there I own a C-90 with the Lehman Jackal conversion. I had a rake kit in stalled and it did steer much better.
I have tweeked a few things.
On a long between 100 and 200 miles I usually get around 40mpg. If you want more on what Ihave done send me a message. Jim
