Hello, I hope MYLO likes riding as much as Mable. He will be some thing to see going down the road. But be ready for folks to drive beside you on 4 lane hwys to take pictures. sometimes it is a little irritating.
Thanks for your time,

Welcome to Trike Talk Joan! Hope to see some pics of your little guy riding with you all.
Welcome, Joan. Mylo is so cute. Ride safe and have fun.
Sonny, you and Mable have fun.
Had a friend that I rode with got pulled over by some PETA and SPCA do-gooders bout endangerment of an animal for no eye protection and no safety harness for the dog. They had VERY official looking badges and proceeded to grill him over the issue. I moved on down the road a bit because from what I was hearing I would have been on the 10 o'clock news for what I was ready to do to them.
AND I always remind people that a dogs hearing is 15-20 times greater than an humans so if your exhaust is loud to you....what is it to the Dog. And speaking of exhaust, what about the fumes ??? A dogs sense of smell is again 15 times greater than a humans. Don't get me wrong, I did some serious consideration to putting what BushTech calls a doggie lid on my BushTech Roadstar trailer so my Rottie to go on trips with me 'til an old timer enlightened me.

Hello, If I'm ever pulled over by do-gooders and they don't have a full commission to go with a badge, at least one of us is going to be very sorry that they pulled me over. Some times I'm a little short on sence of humor.
I'm figuring Mable and I will be doing a lot of camping this coming summer. I usually don't run the Interstates with her so I can run a bit slower. I don't get in a hurry much any more and she seems to look around more on the surface roads. But she is so tricycle crazy, I don't think she cares where she gets to ride as long as she gets to ride.
Thanks for your time,
I have my 2, yes 2, Minn Pinns. One is F/M 14yr, 3 legged, Da Chilli Pepper, AKA Tri Pod.
Over 20K miles on wing trike.
Bingo, 3 yr male rescue, Minn Pinn/Rat Terrier. Over 2K so far on trike. Just last April, had to give him kids Dramamine for any traveling. Now, jumps on my seat while I put Tri. Pod in Kurykan Pet Carrier. Highly recommend, just strap to my carrier on trunk. Both strapped into carrier, with Doggles on.
He is also a certified therapy dog. We go to Autistic Ctr., Sr. Ctr., and hospital weekly. Putting smiles on people's faces daily. Especially going down the road with these 2 with their doggies on them.
Safe riding n good luck with yours.
Just have to have patience and short trips starting out. The 2 together, we tried 4 Times and they fought with each other. So, we only took one at time. After bout 4 trips they figured it out. Nothing for them to go 200 miles a day with us.

I think he likes going ... if for no other reason than he is with me ... he lays a guilt trip on me whenever I leave.

The problem is the phones now a days take pictures that are too big to post ... they have to be less than 2 meg. I generally make mine about 1500 X 1000 pixels ... I use Preview on my Mac ... not sure what the equivalent is on a PC ... been way too long since I had a PC ... like windows 3.0 :AGGHH:
Really cute pups
