Zook, My wife loves the exhaust! How much for the louder one? How do I get one?
MJ and Ted Migala
I will PM you with the details. Money back guarantee if you don't like the system. Thanks- Zook
For those who need to get up with me about the dual exhaust systems please call me at (XXX)XXX-XXXX CELL or (XXX)XXX-XXXX OFFICE. I have called and missed several people so please call me at your convenience.
Zook are you on Eastern or Central time?
Im on central time.
Zook,
Any luck with a quieter system?
I have added three new tips to choose from besides the original dual square tipped system in the photos at the start of the thread. The tips in the photos below were slipped onto the pipes and not welded into place so they are not sitting quite as high as they would when welded in to place. They will sit about 1"-2" higher than the photos show them. The resonator tips are a bit quieter than the others.
The tips can be welded or clamped into place with stainless collars provided with the system. The collars allow for changing the tips at any time. The system is designed to be a direct bolt on application requiring just four bolts and can be changed in about 30 minutes. All hardware and hangers are provided.
Zook, Ted here. I want one as soon as possible. MJ wants the original 2 square outlets per side. When we spoke a couple of weeks ago you were 22 orders in. We are ready, how do I get our credit card info to you. As we spoke about, MJ likes that throaty deep sound. Let me know how to get her's. My e-mail is tmigala@bellsouth.net. I have a PAYPAL account also. 305-453-3365 home phone. 305-360-6586 cell Ted and Mary Jo unit #175.
Ted,
PM sent.
Hi, I just installed the dual exhaust that is offered by forum owner BAZOOKA. I requested the glass pack one which is the loudest. The installation was a snap, it looks GREAT and sounds GREAT. The only thing I did was heat paint the pipes black before installing the extensions, making them almost invisible under the trike. This is a well designed and made system making it real easy to put on. Everything aligned almost by itself. Looks just like the posted pictures. THANKS ZOOK. Ted and MJ Unit 175

Thanks Ted. Glad you like it!
I know this is a question on an old post but how much is the cost of this upgrade?
Thanks,
Dennis
The new system is a direct bolt on with no cutting or welding required. It utilizes a new muffler, custom bent pipe, an additional rubber mounted frame hanger on the left side frame matching the same location as the right side hanger. We use premium all Stainless Steel double-square shaped exhaust tips, reducer and pipe. The sound is a big improvement and about the same sound level as stock, but the exhaust note is much deeper and sounds great. The look and sound gets a LOT of positive comments and adds a lot of class to the trike.
Zook,
Any chance that you could post some sound/video clips on You Tube so we could get a better idea of what your dual exhaust system soounds like?
Zook,
Just to add another good review of these pipes, very easy to mount! To me they deepen the sound more than anything else. I really hated the original sound, it reminded me of the old glass packs real tinning sounding. Zooks pipes lower the pitch and enrich the sound. It does have more volume than my GL1500 for what that's worth, but riding behind the stallion will not give me a headache like riding behind some of the Harley straight pipe guys in our club.
Bazooka--- The photos of the exhaust tips has been deleted. Did any of them turn down ?? I have a rear mount luggage rack and aming the heat down would be nice. You can PM me with the prices and answer if you wish.

New pictures posted for the Stallion Exhaust upgrade. See first post.
Randy,
Dual exhaust system photos are great. I'm sold. I am going to be buying a 2011 Stallion when they become available as well as one of your dual exhaust systems. Thanks.
Jim
Great pics Randy, if/when I eventually get my Stallion I will probably get these as well.
