I am having trouble when i hit a bump in the road it blows the 40 am fuse to the key switch. I thought it was the fuel shut off switch for it did that one time. I too fuel shut off switch off and wired the wires together. After that I hit another rough place and it blowed the 40 amp fuse again. Can any one help. Thanks

Going to be a tough one to diagnosis on line. I would start at the battery. Battery loose? Possibly battery is shorting out internally when you hit a bump? Terminals loose?

Sounds like a short somewhere which can be an absolute nightmare to find. Start checking for bare wiring.

Have you thought about plugging in an engine diagnostic analyzer to see if you get a code error?
