Uk FW mufflers
Hi guys
This question may have been done to death so I apologise. I’m looking to buy some new mufflers in the cuter for my 2019FW.
Having used Youtube to listen to many different types, I’ve been looking to price a few up. The problem is most bloggers are over in the US. The choice of mufflers over there seem so much better than here in the UK.
Does anyone know of any places in the U.K. that have a good range of mufflers for a FW? I’d really appreciate your help.
Thanks

Can't help with this ... but ... if you are looking for quiet and good power production ... I am in love with my Fuel Moto E-series.

Thanks for the reply Fuzzy.
Im not after quiet, but then again, I’m not after something that will have my neighbours going bonkers either.
A good balanced in between, with a nice deep rumble.
Your mufflers look look very nice btw.

Whatever you choose, make sure they know you have the new M8.
I don't believe Twin Cam mufflers will fit. Let us know what you decide.
Maybe check with your dealers service department & see what they can get & make a choice from that group.

Because of the "drop down" exhaust from the main header to the actual muffler. Any touring muffler from 99 to 16 will fit. They're the same size inlet to the muffler. A M8 standard touring muffler will not fit due to the on large one small inlets. I have the Cobra 909s on my 19 FW. Sounds really good. Not too loud but you hear me.

A brief Google cruise indicated many shops in the UK have Vance and Hines and Cobra slip on's so there are good options. I bought SVT Boneshakers for my Freewheeler. I like it louder than stock :D. I am not sure if they export.
There is a thread in this forum from February called "What did you do to your Freewheeler Exhaust " It has a number of options shown. Not sure about UK Exhaust regulations though

I also have Cobra 909 mufflers on my 2015 FW. They have a good rumble but not too loud when cruising as well as an improvement in performance.

I should add. My wife has the 909s on her 15 FW. Like Sunman said. Nice rumble and not too loud. With the Cat in. I do have a de-catted header I may put on it.

So it’s looking like the cobra 909s are the winner. There is a number of different options for them though, so it’s now just a case of making sure I order their right ones.
ill post a pic once I have them fitted.
