Maybe triple tree stem bearings? This occurs on my race bikes, and they have to be tightened at times to get the head shake out. Good luck with her.
Hello , I have a kawasaki vn900c 2008 lehman trike from 2008, I have a shake in the handle bars at speeds over 52 mph and increasses at higher speeds . and yes i had the front tire replace and balanced, witch helped a little bit, and the foward pulley replaced witch also helped a little bit? but the shake is still their? Not a wobble... ? The shake is like a jake hammer. if that helps the tire is at 41 psi. Just wondering if anybody else had that problem and the cure?:D
Sorry it took so long to respond! out having some fun on the trike. What I found was what seems to be the problem? greasing the swing arm . fitting where broken and being replace. checking the front tire, Adding tire pressure to 35 psi. checking rear tire and putting it to 20 psi. aligning the front forks again. This has made the trike. More enjoyable to ride. And a big thank you to all the folk's that help me out during the whole summer.
