Ron, Are you asking where you can you find a sprocket....Also you'll need a new chain!
I need a new sprocket.
Since I have over 30 k on kit I must replace drive belt
Ron is the belt adjusted correctly? If it to loose it can jump. Bottom run of the belt in about the middle should only be able to push it up about 1/2 a inch with about 10 lbs of pressure. How many miles on the belt? Should be the same belt as before the conversion.
Belt tension is correct.
The sprocket teeth should have a dome shape on top for the drive belt to fit into and grip the belt. My sprocket's teeth are pointed which allows the belt to slip if you romp on the throttle.
Per Champion recommendations, I installed a new belt when the kit was installed. The new belt now has over 30k miles.
