I have a new 2018 Honda Tour DCT with a CSC trike kit. When in the automatic mode it upshifts smooth as silk. When I start up a hill and it downshifts it is very loud and rough. Nothing like the smooth upshift. Is this normal?

Tim, sounds like a question for your Honda dealer. I haven't been around any of the automatic 'Wings to be able to give you a good answer.
Not much knowledge but I have read that the transmission has to have an initial setup for it to function correctly. Read that on a thread but can not remember which one.
