I have a 2023 Tri Glide. I have read that the shift linkage is a weak point that should be addressed before the linkage fails. Any suggestions on a good upgraded shift linkage will be very much appreciated.

Very weak point, Choose wisely there are lots of choices to be had
Don't get fooled by the Chinese knock offs, get the real deal from DK CUSTOMS or any source you like, Bun King has some good stuff @https://www.bungking.com/ or @ DK CUSTOMS a sponsor here https://www.dkcustomproducts.com/
You can add a grease fitting if u like, I do them all the time

I chose to go with a custom linkage only because I will never see another one. I had this one machined and chromed.

That's nice Dale. What did that cost?

I have seen other custom shift linkage for $150 to $175. This cost me about $200 but I felt it was worth the extra money to have it made specifically for me exactly what I wanted. It's not for everybody but I like to put unique items on the bike.

Thats less than I would have throught it would be to have one custom designed, machined and chromed. I like it. Do you have more pictures of your trike?

Is that the factory end on there? If so that is all so very weak.

Papa zook, here are a few pictures. Nothing special just fixed up the way I wanted it. I'm in the process of getting the stock wheels powder coated. I found a powder coat that perfectly matches the twisted cherry color. I thought I could find one close but this was a perfect match. I will post pictures of those when they're done in another thread under powder coating.
NICE TRIKE
Dale, that's a Cherry ride.

Dale, like your digital gauges. Where did you get them and do like them?

One bit of advice. When you pull up to a stop, don't be multi-pounding your foot on the linkage going into 1st. I see this so often.
I've put many miles on my Harleys and never had trouble with the linkage.
