Are these Risers ??? can anyone identify them ?

I just got my 2003 solid axle motortrike last week. I called motortrike and they said that from this picture I definitely have a rake kit. I was considering getting risers, but on closer look, it looks like I might already have risers. Can anyone confirm this and maybe tell me what kind of risers these are ?

Yes, these are machined aluminum wedge risers and could be from any one of a number of manufacturers, but they look to be the MBL Innovations style risers.
