Re: Looking for new Stallion
OK guys, been a while due to unforeseen circumstances, but am looking for a new Stallion again. How are they holding up now? Any major problems with them now? I haven't even been following anysites to see what has been happening. I see they were not building any for while and now started up again. How is service and repairs on the road? Any dealers have them in stock anywhere? thanks for any help. bigred06
They are pretty much the same vehicle. Most of the new vehicle things have been worked out. We love ours.
Re: Looking for new Stallion
Try Nutting Custom Bikes & Trikes They are a Stallion dealer in Altus Oklahoma I believe
Re: Looking for new Stallion
Thx guys, I have been in contact with Rick at Nutting, and will try Main St. trikes and bikes in Granville Iowa next week. That is closer than Nutting, but depends on who will want to deal the best as to where I go. bigred
Re: Looking for new Stallion
You might try Jeremy at L & L Motorsports a Stallion dealer in Great Bend Kansas..Very nice people to do business with. ThumbUp:10:
Re: Looking for new Stallion
I just picked up mine from Nutting in Afton. Great people, even trimmed down my homemade ramps I'd had for the enclosed trailer I took with me to pick it up in (the sheeting rain, off and on again closed mountain pass covered in snow and ice and the white out conditions would have made for a horrible ride back to Idaho in mid April).
He is getting 30 of them this year, and has a batch coming on May 9th, plus you can pick whatever color you want.
Re: Looking for new Stallion
Try L&M Sales in Glenwood, MN. Last I heard they had access to some new ones
Re: Looking for new Stallion
I have a new 2013 Stallion and after 3500 miles, the cruise quit working and it has a coolant leak. I also discovered why the am band doesn't work - there is no antenna. The fm band works if I am in town only. I'm not happy, but those are warranty items and the dealer should take care of them.

Re: Looking for new Stallion
On the cruise, put your bike on some ramps, then under the left side, just forward of the left wheel, look for the brake linkage which is a metal rod 2-3 feet long. This rod has a tab which contacts the cruise switch (blue/white).<br />
Bend the tab so that it contacts switch harder. Most likely that's your problem.
Re: Looking for new Stallion
The issue I had with my cruise ended up with a little spring that broke in the steering wheel. My Ford dealer found the problem, fixed it and all was covered under warranty.
