I also own a 2008 Goldwing with a 2010 Champion conversion. You did not mention if it was a straight axle or independent suspension. Either way, the U-joints should be the same. Has anyone mentioned that the Champion conversion uses a Ford Ranger rear end? Any qualified mechanic either Honda or Ford should be able to identify what you need.

It might interest you to know that Champion has been sold to an outfit in Tempe, AZ. D&D Motorcycles, I think.

Champion has used a Toyota Rear axle since 2002. Prior to that they sued a Suzuki rear axle. Lehman has used the 6.75 Ford rear axle and MotorTrike has used a Ford 8" or 8.8 depending on model. The Spicer 5-443X u-joint is used in some Champion Trikes, but I cannot guarantee which you need.

jessej[/QUOTE]I own a 2006 Goldwing with a 2018 CRT independent suspension Trike conversion. i got a replacement part # 437-G at Advance Auto. I had to remove the right rear brake pressure assembly to get to and remove the 6 Allan screws with my battery drill impact after heating the pinch block. I easily replaced the u-joints in my bench vise using sockets with the size of the caps and pressed the new caps back in the same method. I paid less than $25 bucks for the u-joint. Good Luck!!!

I am wondering the same thing about the U-Joints in a 2012 Wing with the Champion IRS kit. I have called and left messages, and sent them a email on their contact us on their website. But I have not received any replies yet.

Thank you for the information. I will call them. :)
No one has called be back, So I pulled the drive shaft yesterday and measured the U-Joints and ordered new ones. I was supprised how easy the shaft came out, and the U-Joints were easy to find. :Coffee:
