Are the load adjustments hydraulic or air on 04 Lehman trike? I'm 6' 185lbs what seems to be rule of thumb for 1 up and 2 up? Mine just has numbers 1-15

Rod, that is totally dependent on the springs you have and the weight of the rider/passenger.
The Monarch II may have the OEM mono-shock spring and the standard AUX shock spring.
You want the suspension so that it does not bottom out nor ride too hard.
If the springs and shocks are good, adjust accordingly.
A good set up will allow 5 on the single and 10 on the double leaving plenty of adjustment for later on.

No AIR !!!
The control on the dash is an actuator for a hydraulic jack for pre-load pressure on the stock shock spring. There is a pump and reservoir on the right rear side of the motorcycle.
