Get yourself a thumbdrive. I have over 600 tunes in mine that I keep incase I'm in an area with poor reception. You can also bluetooth tunes directly from your cellphone. I use the cell to listen to XM also. CDs are just too 90's to try to add to your bike now.

Ditto on the the USB Thumb Drive !!!!
I live in an area with no radio. In my shop I have a USB music box and 1,800 songs on the USB drive.
I sorted the songs by Title (rather than Artist), so I hear music from A to Z and (rarely) hear two songs in a row by the same artist.
BONUS: no moving parts to get damaged when you hit a bump
I Agree with the Thumb Drive...I had a 2011 Tri-Glide and i thought i would miss the CD.Nope.Don't miss it at all...I never use the radio only the Thumb Drive...Dealer friend of mine loaded up 3 of them, One has 47 Hundred + songs in it ThumbUp...

I'm assuming you have a home computer with a CD drive? If so, extract the music from your CD's in MP3 format and copy to a thumb drive, then attach the thumb drive to the USB cable in that little glove box thingy in your fairing. There is plenty of free software to do this available...
YMMV

CD’s … that’s funny, rip them suckers on a mp3 or thumb drive man, quit fighting it
I have my song list from Pandora on my phone
I use my bone connect bluetooth with my phone in my windshield bag, easy to use

Thumb drive all the way
1st you need to throw away your walkman...then invest in a thumb drive and enjoy your music...
I have over 600 songs on a thumb drive also. I still wish I had a CD player.
