I'd like to relocate the horn on my '21 Freewheeler. Has anyone done this already? Want to show more of the motor and maybe get a bit more air on the rear cylinder.

The only purpose of the two bolts holding the horn bracket to the cylinders is to hold the bracket, correct? They're not also acting as head bolts are they?
I do. '78 Lowrider. That's why I asked.
Had my '78 Lowrider for 33 years. Bought it new. Had just shy of 100,000 miles on it when I sold it to a local guy who collected older one owner Harleys. He rebuilt the entire bike and, as far as I know, he still has it.
